The 26-year-old has admitted he still harbours an affection for his former side and refused to rule out the prospect of returning to the Premier League outfit in the future
Barcelona midfielder Alex Song has fuelled speculation over his future after failing to rule out a move to former club Arsenal.
The Cameroon international has struggled to earn a regular starting berth with the Catalans since leaving the Premier League outfit for a fee in the region of €17 million last summer.
And Song, who enjoyed a six-year spell with the Gunners, admits a return to the Emirates Stadium could be on the horizon
He told RMC: "I do not know what will happen in the future, but it is true that I spent some fantastic seasons there [at Arsenal].
"We will see what happens, but for now I'm a Barcelona player."
The 26-year-old reportedly had an €80 million release clause written into his initial deal at Camp Nou, which expires in 2017.
